Computer Repairs & Technical Support - Pricing

At AEL Services we believe in keeping things simple, this of course applies to our computer technical support pricing structure, as shown below.

Business Hours
Business days between 9am to 6pm.

$66 per hour, plus $33 call out if onsite

Non-Business (NB) Hours
All other times.

$88 per hour, plus $44 call out if onsite

Kindly note:
- Minimum onsite computer technical support charge is the call out fee.
- Minimum remote computer technical support charge is half an hour.
- All above prices are for labour only, prices exclude all hardware & software.
- AEL Services reserves the right to vary its rates at any time without prior notice.
- AEL Services reserves the right to vary its NB Hours Rate per job, and will notify the relevant customer.
